I was born on 7th April 1958 in HERSIN-COUPIGNY (Haut de France), married with two children. Since 2018, I occupy the post of safety security consultant for a Franco-Thai security society based in Bangkok (Thailand).
After my secondary school studies, I decided to join the Gendarmerie at the age of 21 years old, and on 1st December 1979, I joined the school of sub-officers of the National Gendarmerie of Maisons-Alfort (94).
Assigned at the National Training Centre for Motorcyclists of the National Gendarmerie in Fontainebleau (77), I became a Motorcycle Gendarme. During 11 years, I carried out this function and became a specialist in road police and transport coordination. I then decided to change direction to become a Security Officer, after passing the GIGN tests.
The next part of my career, from 1992 to 2014, has been dedicated to the goods and people protection in France but also in theatres of foreign operations.
My missions mainly consisted in protecting high-ranking political, diplomatic and military personalities, but also in providing expertise on the security and protection of several sensitive areas in France as well as the foreign countries (Colombia, Africa, Eastern countries).
For events only, I also worked for several years as security manager for the presidential zone at the stadium of France in Saint Denis (93).
Retired of the National Gendarmerie in 2015, I have been contacted afterwards by the fashion group VALENTINO to ensure the protection of its CEO and his property, the castle of Wideville until 2017.
I am the holder of several distinctions, including the military medal of the national gendarmerie.
Passionate about running in nature, I have participated in several ultra-trails, including the hardest in the world, those of the Diagonale des Fous in Reunion and the UTMB in Chamonix. I love rugby, science-fiction movies but also cooking. I master two languages, Spanish and English.
